💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No Guaranteed Returns

Smart Capital is an educational platform. Enrollment fees are charged for training services, not for profit outcomes.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

✔ Request made within 48 hours of course enrollment
✔ No more than 10% of course content accessed
✔ No live sessions attended

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

Course access has significantly started
Live classes have been attended
User dissatisfaction is based on profit expectations
User fails to attend or complete the course
Violation of Terms & Conditions

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be emailed to [info@smartcapital.org.in]
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) will be deducted

5. Course Rescheduling / Transfer

Course schedules may be changed by Smart Capital if required
Enrollment is non-transferable unless explicitly approved

6. Policy Changes

Smart Capital reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
